Packing

All our movers must undergo our rigorous 6-week on-site training course, consisting of Customer Service Training, Equipment Training, Driver Training and Pack School. Our full-time trainer is a state-certified CDL (Commercial Drivers License) examiner with years of moving experience at Merchants. This intense training pays off in a level of skill, care and expertise many moving companies simply can't deliver.

We carefully choose appropriate cartons and packing materials to provide you the most protection in the most cost-efficient way. Goods headed to storage are sealed in sturdy wooden containers. This keeps your valued possessions clean and minimizes handling. Items not suitable for container storage, such as upholstered furniture, are carefully covered in protective wrap and stored on special racks.
