Our unmarked storage facilities are equipped with an intrusion alarm system, and are completely fire-protected (with a perfect "no fire loss" record). Additionally, they are thermostatically controlled with special environmental considerations made for the storage of microfilm and magnetic media. Both facilities and staff are bonded and only authorized personnel are allowed access to secured areas.

Organization
Our management team has established a computer-coordinated item location and retrieval program which allows us to catalog, monitor and retrieve your records in a minimal amount of time.

You simply organize, inventory and secure your records in our standard storage containers. ARCHIVES will pick them up or you may choose to deliver them to us yourself. We will assign them a unique customer number based on storage category, chronology, special handling and climate control requirements. This system allows us to secure the records you request within the hour.

Accessibility
After receiving your call our regular service will have your documents ready within the hour and delivered the same day. If you prefer to pick up your records a simple telephone call will have them waiting for you when you arrive.   Our emergency hotline will guarantee delivery within one hour during normal weekday working hours, and two hours on weekends and after hours subject to location and volume of materials.

Record Management
As an additional service, ARCHIVES computerized record tracking system can manage your records retention program. Limited access and outdated records can be isolated and destroyed at our facility. ARCHIVES is also the ideal place to store your duplicate data to validate your disaster control program.
