What to Expect

During the in-home visit we will determine the total size and weight of your shipment and any special packing needs you may have -- measuring for crates, for example, and deciding whether certain items need to be disassembled before shipping. Most importantly, we listen. We want to hear your questions and concerns. For instance, do you have sentimental items that require special attention? That table from your mother? That sculpture Billy made in school? We also want you to know what your Rights and Responsibilities are prior to, during and after your move and we'll provide you with the details.
